Sorry Penny, I disagree...
A couple of big buyers came in the morning to wipe out 15c within a couple of minutes - the stock didn't seem to gain the momentum that was hoped. I then saw a big seller coming in and pushing the price back to .15c-ish and that seemed to do enough to cap the stock.
Not sure if it was the same buyer \ seller testing the waters and realising the run was not gathering momentum
OR
If that 'spring' mob were trying to cap it on purpose.
OR
We have multiple big fish playing with PRR, one wanting the stock to rise, the other wanting it to struggle.
Regardless I see no signs that any information has been leaked as yet.
