Hi All
A companies SP goes up when the market perceives the stock to be
1)Good value
2)Going places
3)Just about to release good news
If the SP is going down then it is because
4)Investors do not believe in 1,2,and 3
5)Outside factors (Price of Gold)
6)Global market sentiment.
7)Distressed seller.
So in my opinion FML management cannot control outside factors such as price of gold,global market sentiment and distressed sellers but they can and should be accountable for portraying the first 2 points.
The SP is going down at the moment because 5,6 and 7 has become unknown and because of managements poor record of relaying information most investors perceives 1,2 and 3 to also be unknown.
Is the poor flow of information ignorance on their behalf or part of a master plan to finalize CRE ???
We all want to know whats going on and regularly !!!!
