G8's assessment and rating results reflecting quality are also improving.

The announcement by Goodstart regarding the introduction of block hours.
The marketing team at G8 for not advising senior management on how to promptly address and defuse the Goodstart announcement.
Garry C is still relatively new to the early education and care sector. Refreshingly though he does acknowledge the current challenges, that are facing, all providers of early learning. IMO it takes about 3 years to turn around a badly performing centre, patience is required.
The marketing team at G8, last count about 14 people in that team. What are they doing and what do they do?
Hopefully G8 will provide an announcement soon, about how they are going to implement the CCS within their centres to give maximum benefit to families. The longer they leave that announcement, the more traction Goodstart get.
Remember, you are the owners of this company. It may make some of you feel better to vent on here, but you really should be calling the national operations manager at G8 and asking for an update.
