Yep I don't blame anyone for selling out given the danger this turns into an epic saga. Flipside of that is I wouldn't want to be out and scrambling to buy if the permits drop randomly as de-risked we all know this is one hell of a project. It all depends on each persons risk tolerance at this point in time.
