You can safely rule out a consol any time soon. If that was on the cards it would have been wrapped up into this current corporate action, which has quite clearly been an "ok, let's do this once and it needs to be decisive" type of deal. I just cannot see them wasting the power of a fully underwritten rights issue that has so clearly gone above and beyond the bare minimum required, only to come back "pretty soon-ish" with a consol. No, T, that's not gonna happen within the next 1-2 years (min).
