I noticed the volume in Sept. last year. On the tenth there were even 321 mln shs traded. This was buying on the rumour and there are a lot of dissapointed shareholders who are waiting to sell. The only thing that can change this is an announcement that Congo Copper will go ahead. This will stop disgruntled shareholders who bought around the 2.5cts mark from selling and then small buying like for instance 15 mln shs will bring the stock much higher.
