In recapping on TEE, the last 3 months has had some major events worth noting.

    1. Completion of their StratoSonde investment giving them $1M
    2. Beam arm secures $4.2M order from Telstra
    3. Divest of Cable Division in restructuring
    4. Convertible Note issue and restructure with Gesaf for 40% equity in TEE at an average price of 2.2 cents. This includes options at 7.5 cents.
    5. Telstra deal worth another $3-3.5M
    6. Repayment of $250,000 to Fulcrum loan with Gesaf agreement.
    7. Employees appear to be happy and excited with what they are being told with an announcement expected to the market regards Due Diligence (as per HC post)
    8. Beam expands US distribution channels

When you look at what TEE has achieved compared to the previous quarters, they have very much turned the corner in a major way. On top of this, there are many other opportunities in the pipeline (eg. medical deal). We are well and truly moving back to 4+ cents+.

Now I wonder if Gesaf would be happy with only 40% of TEE. I don't think I would be if I was investing $9M. Perhaps, we could see a takeover for TEE. What do others think?
