timmo, of course they signed on the dotted line,why wouldn't they. What they signed off on is the only chance that they have of adding value to the NOVO SP. BUT, did they ?? Read the real ARV ann and see what they actually signed for. A whole bunch of conditions that can derail the deal. They knew,or ought to have known, about these. QH is no corporate genius !! BAD mistake!!
I hope ARV make him pay with a revised offer,say $1 B up front for a 50% stake. Consider that big boy.
