You need to do your own research on the Libya crisis BUT I'll go out on a far limb to say that if (hard to confirm) reports of further army defections in Tripoli are correct, the Regime's days may be very numbered. As I understand it, fighting between rebel units and Gadhafi forces now continues on a nightly basis in and around Tripoli.
Any cessation of hostilities in Libya will have a very positive impact on Tunisia, and by default how the market perceives the JV pospects.
