Would it be fair to conclude (playing devils advocate here) that the USA uranium will be for the USA as I don't recall an application for Uranium export in the mix of the current approval process. I don't know how long or complicated this would be to obtain. WOuld it be another hurdle we have to overcome? Recall USA is importing some 90%+ of it's uranium to date (more reliant on importing than oil).

Perhaps the exporting will be from the non USA assets when they come online?

Could the funding be also to resurrect the failed business proposal from last year? Would be magnitudes cheaper now one would think.
