Also confirms that although price of deals need to be agreeed upon etc, that Seychelles really need this AND the likes of India really needs & wants ENERGY! To a large degree, it takes the pressure off 'doing the sell' with regards farm outs - this is something that IS going to happen, just some fine detail to agree upon.
