This infers huge support for any future aspirations or activities WHL Energy wish to pursue.
Also confirms that although price of deals need to be agreeed upon etc, that Seychelles really need this AND the likes of India really needs & wants ENERGY! To a large degree, it takes the pressure off 'doing the sell' with regards farm outs - this is something that IS going to happen, just some fine detail to agree upon.
Regardless of precise time frames involved, The WHL story is likely to be a beauty as we move forward - too good to miss!
