Last October, I sent an email to OBJ Management

'Hi xxxx,

I am curious about one concept.

Rather than a 'Poke & Patch' approach, would it be possible to combine the 'Microneedle' & 'drug containing patch' into a single dose 'Microneedle Magnetophoretic Drug Containing Patch'? Could our magnetic micro film be attached to the prongs of the microneedle, along with the active ingredient/vaccine - to create a single dose applicator instead of a 2 stage 'Poke & Patch' system?

IMO, it is now a very real possibility that OBJ will now be in a position to re-visit this very important concept.

Imagine being able to provide a far cheaper and far more effective solution(s) for third world countries; that also provides considerable savings to the health Sector via self administration etc?

Thankyou for your email. We have undertaken internal tests where we have used micro needles in addition to the OBJ ETP technology with very strong results so yes it is an alternative.

But at this time, our research commitments are quite demanding from the many programs underway and we remain focused on delivering these programs. Perhaps in the future we may revisit the concept but at this time we must remain focused on what we have in hand.

I would be intently interested in understanding abdm's understanding of the potential at this corner of the market!?!

It is a win/win/win imo. We as share-holders get to understand the penetration of OBJ's tech, Collaborating Co's make money; and in the end we all make a real difference!

Bruce McAvaney always annoyed me a little (too much enthusiasm - even for me), but he may be on the right track as I think OBJ could become something 'SPECIAL'!
