Regarding "the big guns to jump in": They would have to deal with BOTH ITC and VPE, I would assume. Wonder if VPE wants to concentrate on their CSG only and hence would be willing to let the oil go?? Perhaps a "big gun" wants to take-over VPE exactly for their excellent CSG grounds and spin-off the oil?? Likely predator for the oil would seem to be STO in my view. All speculative talk here, of course. Time will tell as usual.
