Interesting.. how do you capture 83% of the seats if only 75% are obtainable?
The Tatmadaw are claiming that they acted lawfully under s. 417 of the Constitution in a State of Emergency. Apparently the President declared a State of Emergency, but I don't see how that could be fact. Under s. 417 a State of Emergency can be called if there is risk to Sovereignty by insurgency (etc).
But if Aung Sun thought she had the means to push out the military, your hypothesis could support this..

Doesn't help us investor's though. The seller last week is looking smart perhaps.. The investment timeline could be completely different now IF this is all resolved in a positive manner for MYL. Opportunity cost.
