I would like to ask those familiar with CER's trust structure, whether CER can have a rights issue to raise capital in the event that is it unable to make enough asset sales to meet certain debt payments as they fall due ?

Are there clauses in the debt issues that allow the debt to be swapped for equity ?

In short, I would like to understand the prospect of CER shareholders being diluted if things turn our worse than expected.

Also would like to know if anyone has evaluated the merits and risks of CER vs. CNP for those considering investment in one of the other.
