if you check the company updates you will see that approx half the most recent CR was finalised in Jan 19. So the money in the bank mid Jan was nearly double what you stated. They have enough funds to last CY19 unless AVH commence clinical trials into other indications as well (VLU, vitiligo etc) but i recall that they were considering seeking partners. This may have changed with the advancing SP. we will wait and see. expect substantial Q on Q increases in revenue from Recall sales and potential for BARDA procurement. I would expect NASDAQ listing to occur before next CR. But that is just my opinion.
