    The 'transfer of custody' at my bank costs $25 USD.

    UK brokerage at my bank to min 90GBP, and then stagered percentage starting at 1%. 90GBP for up 9000GBP, or around 17k AUD worth anyway from what I understand.

    So nothing too extreme.
