Linc Energy recently moved over to the Singapore Stock Exchange and you may get some benefit from reading the LNC threads earlier this year.

Only certain brokers can be used to trade depending on the location.

I got offered share certificates which are a paper certificate of ownership. When I sell I expect it will take maybe 2 weeks to sell so I lose the control of timing the sale.

I could have registered my shares with a participating broker and is what I should do so I can sell quickly if required.

There is the issue of exchange rates as an added risk.

In summary a lot more complicated.

The only reason I held is because Linc has a lot of potential in my opinion.

I also held Linc in my super fund and they sold them without consultation so beware of this risk.

I also hold Dart in my super and won't get caught again. I am thinking that the process will take a while to play out and see if there is a higher bidder out there. I believe the market will value DTE at around 18c with minimal downside unless there are issues with our suitor. They are worth a lot more than 18c so hopefully the process flushes out a higher bidder.
