Hey Selmax, I suspect that they stage managing the process. Not sure of the motives but the announcement need not be made today nor did it need to be made after close of trading or before a major announcement is due. There is a motive for all this and I hope that they have shareholder value in mind. Tomorrow is another day, let's wait and see what happens. Cheers.
