I think the big boys will wait for flow results before making a move - no point taking over only to find out the flow is a duster (unlikely, but it's hardly a good look for the shareholders of those big boys throwing in a T/O offer before flow results).
I'd expect the sharks to circle on the back of the announcement of how much gas we have. MIN hold 20% of NWE so they'd be in the drivers seat, but the other 80% is us shareholders so we shouldn't be entertaining any low ball offers as obviously 20% of the vote will vote yes to MIN first offer. Once we know how much gas we have, we can start piecing together what a "fair" offer will be
