The underlying issue here is what will the new CEO deliver to A2M? Is she worth the price? What sort of strategic brilliance will she demonstrate? I certainly hope A2M just didn't go for a big name... if so, that doesn't seem wise.
In my mind, the value she may delivered is unclear. I can't see why the company is paying through the nose for her services. Moreover, this uncertainty is compounded by her decision to offload shares. Someone in her position would have many options to finance tax obligations and what not... In fact, I hope she declared her intent during negotiations with the company! If not, that's pretty poor form.
These are bigger questions in my mind that any suggestion of a class action.
