Referring to the 293 pages of Powertech/Azarga’s May 13 Information Circular, including Azarga’s financial statements and MD&A, it appears that there is no discussion of ablation in the document. Also can't find anything supporting in independent searches.
Intentionally omitting any mention of ablation in a publicly-filed document that provides detailed disclosures of Azarga’s assets for the first time would appear significant to me, if not indicative of all not well in the MA LLC camp.
So that's the third piece of information suggesting trouble is afoot - make of that what you will.
