They aren't there yet .. but at 80% it is likely "good night Irene". Whilst to the casual observer it would seem de-listing would be complex and difficult to achieve, they are being advised by Clayton Utz and in particular by a member of the Takeover's Panel. The de-listing is in the bag. 80% is the number they need.

I say don't give it to them.
