Because we are all so aware that stocks will fall in May it is my opinion that it wont. No bubble exists like it did last year. one of us will be right.

IBR qtrly activities was very interesting to me. i also think the financial strength of TMR being an actual producer (with a PE ratio and all) will make a great combined company.
The fact that these two companies will start producing together as a merged entity is not to be sneezed at imo.
Yes i have accepted the offer so i want it to proceed. The sooner the better for both companies imo.
