    This is starting to look a lot like insanity. Numbers look like falling short.
    Can anyone justify not taking up the offer?
    Can anyone not see value in the merger?
    Can anyone offer me valid reasons why the shareprice will not fall dramatically post merger failure?
    I just don't get it!
