I think $500/kg or less is a safer assumption - the high price is largely as a result of scarcity, which will not be the case so much (but demand will also sky rocket so a new balance will form)
They've already said Scandium will be left out of the BFS though so it's going to be a "hidden" bonus down the line rather than an immediate boost, as far as I see it.
