Sorry ... That should read:

"This values the combined entity at around $16 million
Callabonna 477mill @ 1.7cents = $8 mill (roughly 20 cents p/s)
MKY - MC of $8 mill"

However, they also need to give SK Energy another 60mill shares ... roughly adds another $1mill to the combined MC

So they will have a MC of around $17 million if the shares trade around 1.6 - 1.7 cents.

A little expensive for a company with no resource yet ... but might have some spec trade value
