I hope Cato’s views will be proven wrong - however, the sell sentiment has been correct for more than 4 years with the SP and cash balance trends continuing to decline.
Hopefully a Brazil deal will be announced this month.... you’d think KAR will get something after all these years. I was hopeful when I heard Bob refer to the original deal collapse as a blessing (or something to that effect) at the AGM. He sounded confident a better deal had been made.
It is scary that a $10,000 sell order could sink the SP by 4% this morning and take hours to partially recover - I think everyone (buyers and sellers) are waiting for the news.
