Tonite in the US we have oil inventories report out,which is due 1030 US.I believe that this will have the power to move the price of oil short term.As we all know over the past few weeks many people have become very bearish on the price of oil,so a bounce and short squeeze is due i think.looking at the oil chart at present,it does seem we are coming into some strong support here which you all know,so i will be looking for that bounce either tonite or within a few sessions.AS for WPL,i do feel happy to be buying at these levels,but i would be keeping a tight stop,just incase the lows from the 28th are penetrated.
At present i am happy to take a long position on WPL with a possible $5 short term bounce insight.I will be looking for the gap window to be closed at $55.30
