The Prophetess... what can say more then your statement is pretty much wrong.
Hastie is a big company so all the workers would feel safe. No one will be willing to quit their jobs because they know they might not find another one at the moment. So you will find less people leave. Hastie being a big company pay all the entitlements correctly and generally their workers get paid more the other companies that might work in domestic. So all their workers will want to stick around.
As for staff not trusting management, Honestly they don't give a s^%t about management all they care about is if their pay is in the bank on wednesday and that they have work. They don't even care if the company is losing money or goes broke. The attitude is, if the company goes broke GEARS honours all your entitlements anyways. Then they just look for a new job.
