For my share acquisitions I wont be relying on the strength of what happened with Centro. Despite 8 directors being found guilty of breaching their duties, Centro retained two. Probably not the greatest way to shake up the board but obviously very effective if their share price has gone up.
Hastie have made little change to board/management in what is nearly a twelve month period. Share price is continuing to fall and they have yet to have the review of their australian operations. Bill Wild has said he will be off loading some of the companies so the write downs from that have yet to occur.
Im thinking if Im going to buy back in, I will wait for the review to finish as I believe the share price hasnt hit the bottom yet.
Thats of course unless Leightons buy them out in which case I already have shares in Leightons and wont need to buy in LOL
