    have been watching ndc for a few days.
    buying has been very intensive over the past few days.
    and mean that there has been some very very large buys.

    this looks as thou something might be brewing.

    at present a buyer 300,000 shares @28.5 cents..

    not many sellers, so if this takes off the price will sky rocket......
