Lash, I believe MG is doing his very best to get this happening, I see any delays as being out of his control I believe, Cameco would also want this finalised asap in my opinion, I reckon the delay is coming from the US, I also think they want some guarantees on the Paducah agreement still being there when a deal is done, it has been a very long wait that is for sure, but nothing of true value ever comes easy.
