I appears obvious (to me anyway) Sol still doesn't have the numbers to spill the current Myer BoD ? lol

Premier will vote against the appointment of all directors proposed in Myer’s Notice of Meeting, including Mr Hounsell, and will be urging its fellow shareholders to do the same.

If we receive sufficient support from the institutional investors, this new Board will then be put to all Myer shareholders for voting as part of the EGM.
Premier will pay for the costs of this EGM to spare our fellow Myer shareholders the expense. If the support we receive from the institutional investors is strong enough, we may not even need to hold an EGM to force the resignation of the current directors, but let’s wait and see.

Premier said that it is currently in discussion with shareholders with a view to replacing its Myer’s board with “highly-qualified directors who can rescue the company”.
Sol appears to be all talk and no action IMO and/or is achieving less than the current Myer BoD have this year .... to date he hasn't gained the support of Investors Mutual Ltd 9.85%; hasn't arranged the EGM he has been promising for months; etc etc ...... yet he is happy to continually complain to the media about Myer BoD ....
.... and I also find it amusing that Sol hasn't made comment on the new CEO Appointment to my knowledge - John King (his silence IMO speaks volumes)
