I dont believe that management are hiding behind technical jargon for one moment. Viralytics is a biotech company and written reports are based on results that must be relevant to the sector and field that they are in.
Show me one technical mining report to the market that means anything to the layman, as an example, here is part of a report from a company that reported today "The 2m @ 18.0 g/t Au and 4.2m @ 6.8 g/t Au intersections listed above are situated within a poorly tested footwall BIF unit that is part of the 30-100m thick BIF complex" - seriously, what does that mean!
As for ROTH, they are an independent business, and while they do provide services to Viralytics, they have no obligation to compile reports that benefit shareholders. Their reports are about introducing prospective shareholders. They have put out about 3 reports in the last month, all reinforcing the same thing - VLA is a great buy. No smokescreen there.
