I can confirm JBs own clive Anthony's..........believe it or not, the Clive that started clive anthongys is same guy who started Clive Peeters.......and no, his surname is neither....

I have some information that JB has had 'a few words with Peeters'....they are only offer low ball cash and the sticking point is the relatively large amount of shares Clive's management owns

Since Clives has announced it will be hitting more JBs product line and demographic in future.......due to Clives size and scale, I would suggest JB will prey for a bankrupt Clives or will have to buy them out should they stay solvent, probably at a much higher share price than today....obviously Peeters is a bit of a replica of Anthonys which has been a massive failure to JBs, but a merged business would at least have a massive footprint and maybe superior jbs management
