Exactly and 30$ is a real possibility and gas is not looking good ..
if sto does a cap raise now it will be a bloodbath ,,they should of done it
before, but prob still better to eat the lemon now ,and get it over with cause
otherwise they might risk doing it at an even lower price ,,
dividends in the oil sector are value traps me thinks .. same with
bhp rio if prices stay lower for longer which history has proven , once supply catches up with demand ,commodity prices can and will fall hard ,most likely just above the marginal cost of production , then go side ways for decades . and share price of bhp in
my op not priced for that 15-18 for bhp is on the cards me thinks but it will prob be a slow painful grind down, before people realize that iron ore is in a longterm oversupply especially when royhill comes online .. i will have a crack at sto and bhp
but not at these prices roe for sto has been low for a very long time its a capital intensive business and buying now is very dangerous yes can rebound fast if oil gas rises ,but i can not se that happening anytime soon
