It will not be Cephalon but Peter Hall or someone else in the market seems to be trading the Israeli Group, Teva, as it is correlated to SRX. Fairfax even links the two in backgrounding pieces like the one below: a similarity to other takeovers on the ASX of recent times, see CKL:
