Those are copper royalties. The article I posted is saying "strategic substances" would have royalty rates of 10 percent and the government has indicated that cobalt will be included in this category. Not sure where lithium stands in terms of being a strategic substance or how these royalties would apply in the case of AVZ's project/s in the country.
