A technician friend of mine has pointed out that a close (on good volume) above 6 cents will be technically significant. She says the price behavior under 4 cents and the well formed descending triangle base give a count to at least 10 cents and possibly to as high as 16 cents where the 'gap' would be closed.
Personally i dont see the catalyst for that move but the scenario and the behavior of charting types warrants some attention.
