"Chinese insurers given green light to invest in commercial property"

Could this be the answer to the spike in trade volume and price and no announcement from the company?

Looking at other commercial property companies and their future commercial asset value taken into consideration, would CNP (at current share price, considering the previous $10 value and debt level) be the best bet for them, where investing in underlying assets would give great returns and in turn do the same thing they are doing in the Australian resource sector?

There seems to be no valid reason for the CNP shares to surge in the recent times. Is it a slow accumulation by the Chinese? (which may spike the price in the near future)

Any comments and thoughts on this much appreciated.
