    A Chinese syndicate already holds 11% of CNP (The Australian news)
    If China's cashed-up insurers have received green light for property investment then CNP is the most logical asset for them to take over. They just pay off some or all of CNP's debts and enjoy the ride in both long and short term share price as well as dividends.
