hypothetically, if Surya Paloh cannot do anything for IAU and it is left hanging, then the $150Million cash would be better spent reimbursing shareholders.
the class action would be good for those that have sold shares.. not sure if long suffering existing holders would want to create more headaches for the company.
anyhoo.. methinks, the sp will recover in the coming months.
