Well I represented a CA against a company called Fincorp and we got back a fare percentage of our loss so I will never complain about the fees charged and would have been happy to see them get more due to the amount of work that was done. In the end I made the final decision on behalf of note holders and could have elected to take it to court instead of settling. It all in the negotiations at the time.and who is the lead plaintiff
