I doubt any lawyer will go anywhere near this. Especially given the price of a share in NWE is higher now than it was pre take over and their is no evidence the directors have acted illegally. You would need to prove that the directors had evidence that the value of the take over materially less than the offer they recommended to accept. So unless they had 3d results or drilling results we did not know about or an independent valuation that says NWE is worthy much higher, and you can prove it, no lawyer will pick this up.
