Not so sure they will get to 80% before the drilling is completed.
The easy fruit has dropped and picking up extra shares now is getting harder and harder.
Why would anyone sell now?

You have the offer open for another month and the drill is turning.
Why not wait and see what comes from the drilling and have the backup of the NWE offer?
Can only be upside compare to accepting the MIN offer now.
The drilling is not exploration - the gas has been found,
It is to determine how far the field extends from what I understand.
If I had the money I would be buying.
