NWE MC is 423m and that's higher than it was pretakeover. How could losses exceed 500m on the basis of the drop in MIN share price? Exposure to MINs commodity risk was highlighted in the takeover statements. You are going to need a much better argument for a class action to get anywhere beyond HC
