I think it should become available but not to bph and co . Its not the idea and or theory that is dumb , it's the people making the decisions. It will be a shame if it doesn't get re explored . There could be a viable and lucrative offshore industry offshore in nsw. It would be a huge mistake to give it back to bph. but i do know legal action is a total waste of time and money much like the board and its efforts mostly.
