    Different management is not needed.

The existing management has already drilled PEP11.
Unfortunately they did not strike gas.

This is no reflection on BPH management.

    Most exploration drilling,
whether it be on or off shore
for oil, gas or minerals is not successful.
This happens with the major exploration companies
    as well as junior explorers.

The data they got from the first well,
together with current improved 2D seismic has
all been done and paid for
in choosing the drill site for the next well.

The occupational health and safety requirements have been addressed.

All environmental concerns had been answered.

Consultant oil and gas geologists were engaged and have given
the new drill site a very high probability
    of being successful.

They have demonstrated by their past performance, the ability
to bring in joint venture partners and safely drill PEP11

    PEP11 was “drill ready”

All that really remained, was to contract a drilling rig.

It was expected that the well would have been drilled before now.

    NOPTA
    as an apolitical body
had no reason to deny the drilling.

It has only been the TOTALLY false claims by the greens and others which have caused
Morrison to erroneously (and illegally ) cancel the permit.

Gas, if the well was successful,
would have supplied the Sydney/Newcastle domestic gas markets and further afield.
Supplied gas as a feedstock for numerous chemical processes.
Supplied gas to replace coal for electricity generation.
    ALL clean, green,
with not even one of the issues raised by the objectors being valid.

And BPH was looking at Carbon sequestration in the wells as the gas was depleted.
They had employed an expert consultant to assist them with this.

It would be an absolute WIN for Australia as a nation.
    For our “green” credentials
and supplying jobs in manufacturing with a cheap reliable continuous energy source.

And it has just been trashed by lies and politics.

There is no reason why the permit should not be restored.
And no reason why this should not be granted to BPH and the other holders.

ALL this information is available if you spend time looking
back over the last few years in BPHs announcements.
